Production Process: Bullet proof glass is one of laminated glass, its made of  two or more pieces glass with pvb film inside,under definite temperature and pressure to fit together.In the scope of gunshot, it can keep out the bullet and it can guard against theft and blast shelter. Also it has the same function of laminated glass.

Glass and PVB interlayer can bond together very well. After lamination, glass has superior safety performance, yet maintain high transparency and good optical performance. According to the national standard, bulletproof glass has three categories, L,M and H. Each Category can be further classified into 5 grades:F64, F54, F79, F56 and FJ79. The category and grade of bulletproof glass can be marked on products.

Features: 1. Holds together when shattered. The PVB interlayer keeps the glass bonded, even when broken, resulting in a characteristic spider web cracking pattern across the glass.

2. Bulletproof glass is one kind safety glass that can stop bullets from passing through it. The bulletproof principle is to make the impact energy of the bullet turn to elasticity energy of the glass and surface energy after the glass break.
